Rules of Attendance — Tashkent Fashion & Textile Expo
These Rules define the terms of attendance and behavior for visitors at the Tashkent Fashion & Textile Expo, organized by SAYS.
By registering and entering the exhibition, visitors confirm their full acceptance of these terms.
1. Registration and Entry
— Registration is mandatory for all categories of visitors.
— Photo and video recording within the exhibition area is prohibited for commercial use without the organizer’s written permission.
— Commercial use includes promoting events not related to Tashkent Fashion & Textile Expo or SAYS, as well as using images containing intellectual property for advertising purposes.
— Violation of these rules may result in restricted access and liability under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. Visitor Categories
Entry is allowed only for professional audiences: company executives, specialists, buyers, and representatives of industry organizations.
The Organizer may request a document confirming the visitor’s professional status (business card, authorization letter, etc.).
3. Badge and Registration
Admission is granted by personalized badges issued after registration.
Badges can be obtained online (via the official website) or on-site.
Transfer or resale of badges is prohibited. The Organizer reserves the right to verify identity documents.
4. Code of Conduct
Visitors must maintain professional behavior and public order.
The following actions are prohibited:
— trading, demonstrations, or distributing promotional materials without permission;
— appearing in a condition inconsistent with the business nature of the event;
— consuming alcohol, smoking, or bringing hazardous substances.
Visiting with minors is permitted only on the last day and under adult supervision. The Organizer reserves the right to deny access to individuals violating order or behaving aggressively.
